Less than a minute after leaving the launch pad, the ZQ-1 3-stage rocket, the first rocket developed by a Chinese private enterprise, fell to the ground.

Landscape company, based in Beijing, said the ZQ-1 missile was operating normally in stages 1 and 2 when launched on October 28. Malfunction appeared in stage 3, the final stage.

"The process of separating engine cover takes place normally but something unusual happens after phase 2," the company explained. However, the announcement was posted on Weibo without giving details.

The video posted in the media showed that a 19-meter-long, white-red rocket was launched into the sky but not even a minute later, it began to fall to the ground.
