China launched the first cargo spacecraft
China last night launched the first cargo spacecraft named Tian 1 into space.
China considers the launch of the Tianjin 1 ship as an important step in the construction of the space station around 2022, according to Xinhua.
The Chinese ship Tianzhou 1 was launched into space by Changzheng 7 Y2 missile from the launch of the Van Xuong spacecraft in Hainan Province.
Thien 1 will pair with the orbital laboratory named Thien Cung 2.
At 20h05 Beijing time (19h05 hrs Hanoi time), China announced the successful launch of the Tianjin 1 ship.
Heaven 1 will pair with the orbital laboratory named Thien Cung 2 , providing fuel and supplies, performing experiments in space before falling to Earth.
China aims to build a fixed space station in the hope that it will operate on Earth's orbit for 10 years. Successful launch of cargo ships is considered an important step to maintain the space station, because cargo ships are no different from a fast-moving means to ensure the operation of the station. If a cargo ship is lacking, the space station may run out of energy and necessary items, causing the station to fall to Earth before the scheduled time.
