China successfully launched the 10th North Dau satellite
According to the Xinhua News Agency, on December 2, China successfully launched its 10th satellite belonging to the country's own global navigation and navigation system.
The satellite was launched into the Earth's geostationary orbit from the Xuchang Satellite Launch Center, Sichuan Province, Southwest China, with the Changji-3A rocket.
This is the 153 th launch of the Truong Chinh boosters.
According to the authorities, the basic structure of the Bac Dau system has been established and the engineers are currently conducting testing and comprehensive evaluation of the system.
Bac Dau Global Positioning System will provide testing services for navigation, navigation and time for China and surrounding areas before the end of the year.
China will launch more satellites for Bac Dau network by the end of 2012 and the system will be expanded with upgraded services.
The Bac Dau global navigation and navigation system will be completed by 2020 with 30 satellites orbiting the orbit.
Built in 2000, this system was designed to help China not be dependent on the US Global Positioning System (GPS).
