China's Yutu-2 probe explores 'mystery house' on the Moon

According to Sputnik (Russia), Andrew Jones, a journalist who has covered China's space program for many years, said that China's Yutu-2 probe will study a mysterious cube-shaped object that it detected on the Moon before.
On December 3, journalist Andrew published images taken by the Yutu-2 rover in the Von Kármán crater on the far side of the Moon. One of the photos shows a strange object that Chinese astronomers have called a 'mystery house'.
China's lunar probe discovers 'mystery house'
The current viewing angle of China's Yutu-2 ship of the 'mystery house' is currently quite dim and far away, so it is necessary to get closer to see it more clearly. Cnet believes that the most convincing explanation for this object may be a Moon rock. The area that the Chinese spacecraft is exploring on the Moon is famous for having many indentations from impact craters and so could be rich in large debris from cosmic collisions.
The journalist joked that the object was not the mysterious black monolith found in director Stanley Kubrick's '2001: A Space Odyssey' or an alien creation.
This is not the first time China's lunar rover has made mysterious discoveries. In February 2019, a month after landing on the Moon, Yutu-2 stumbled upon a mysterious gel-like substance inside its crater. Chinese astronomers suspect this substance appeared due to the impact of meteorites on the surface of the Moon.
As part of the Chang'e 4 lunar lander mission, China's Yutu-2 probe has an exploration mission to help scientists better understand what happens to the geology under the Moon's surface. This spacecraft is tasked with measuring the chemical composition of the Moon's soil and rock, performing low-frequency radio astronomical observations using radio telescopes, as well as studying cosmic rays. In addition, space exploration vehicles will study the development of coronal mass ejections between the Sun and Earth.
In January 2019, China became the first country to land a space probe on the far less explored part of the Moon. Over the past three years, this space vehicle has carried out more than a dozen tests and made a number of exciting discoveries.
