Water and wastewater will be recycled. Even clean water can be collected and filtered from surrounding clouds.

The tower will be built in stages, each stage consists of 20 floors. This work, thanks to the effect of "compressing" a huge population to a very small area, will help expand the city without putting pressure on the ancient urban area.
