The tower is accented by many open round holes. They serve as gardens, parks and skylights for residents. In addition, there are gaps between floors, inside the community square and entertainment center of each village.

5 giant elevators will be responsible for transporting large numbers of residents in the tower from village to village, similar to London's subway system. Smaller elevators will be used to transport people traveling between floors side by side and in the village.

Water and wastewater will be recycled. Even clean water can be collected and filtered from surrounding clouds.

The tower will be built in stages, each stage consists of 20 floors. This work, thanks to the effect of "compressing" a huge population to a very small area, will help expand the city without putting pressure on the ancient urban area.
