The West of the North is not affected by the cold air, so it is cold and sunny with high heat. At Dien Bien Phu, Lai Chau and Son La cities, the temperature is between 28-31 degrees C.

For the Central provinces , during the day when the cold air has not moved down, it is still sunny, moderate temperature is 25-27 degrees Celsius. In the afternoon, cold air moving down will cause rain to this area.

The provinces from Da Nang to Phan Thiet are continuously sunny from morning to afternoon, the temperature is no more than 32 degrees Celsius but thanks to the sea breeze, the weather is still pleasant.

The Central Highlands and the South have a sunny day but the intensity of the sun is not too intense.

In the cities of Buon Ma Thuot, Bien Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho and Ca Mau, the temperature is quite high, 33-34 degrees C. In the evening, both local areas may have local rainstorms.

At sea, due to the influence of cold air, from noon on March 14, in the North of Tonkin Gulf and in the North of the North East Sea, there is a strong Northeast wind of level 6, shock level 7-8; rough sea. Sea waves are 1.5-2.5m high.

Hoang Sa island district winds at level 4-5, it has some rain, it has a vision of over 10km. The Spratly island district rains to a few places, wind level 4.

Near-shore waters around Tho Chu and Phu Quoc islands are sunny, light wind, quiet sea.
