Harmful bacteria cause the body to lose balance

Human skin is covered by about 1,000 types of bacteria and 80 types of fungi. Most of these bacteria benefit you by fighting off germs and viruses, according to Business Insider.

Bath soap can help good bacteria increase their numbers by fighting harmful bacteria for them. Without bathing, bacteria originating from the road you work, the gym, furniture, . will grow out of control. Harmful bacteria on hands and feet penetrate the eyes, nose, and mouth, causing illness in the body.

Skin damage

When we don't remove makeup or wash our face, oil and dirt accumulating on the skin causes acne and irritation. Symptoms of people with eczema such as skin with red, itchy, dry patches will become more serious if the person does not shower.

If we do not clean our bodies for a long time, the skin will develop brown patches due to excessive oil and sweat. This condition is a form of dermatitis called dermatitis neglecta.

The body stinks

If we don't bathe for many days, the most obvious result is an unpleasant smell. Not only does sweat make you smell, the bacteria that grow on your body release gases when they consume protein and fatty acids. These gases can produce about 30 different types of unpleasant odors.

For tourists who cannot bathe while on the road, dermatologists recommend that they clean the armpit, private area and face. These are special places that are easy to attract bacteria so they need to be cleaned. They also need to carry a deodorant bottle and a towel to clean the body.
