Since the 19th century, countries have sat down to negotiate with each other and have just introduced the United Nations Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons (CCW), now 125 countries have agreed, includes five protocols to limit the use of inhuman weapons on the battlefield, including:
Undetectable Fragments: Weapons specially made to break into microscopic fragments that cannot be detected in the human body by X-rays, such as fragmented bullets or glass-filled bullets broken.
Mines, Traps, and Other Devices: Includes anti-personnel mines, which are mines specifically designed to target people, not tanks.
Incendiary Weapons: Incendiary weapons (eg napalm bombs) are not allowed in residential areas or in forested areas.
Laser beam: Laser weapon specially designed to cause permanent blindness.
Explosive remnants of war: After the war ended, the parties that used cluster bombs (ball bombs) on the battlefield were required to clear all unexploded bombs.
