Corona virus can spread widely on people

More warnings were issued about the dangers of the Corona virus, the same virus that was infected with the SARS virus that caused a pandemic in 2003.

>>>Strange virus in the Middle East is about to cause a new SARS pandemic?

The Pasteur Research Institute in France announced on May 14 that the Corona virus is in the process of trying to spread widely in the human body. If the scenario is the same as the SARS virus in 2003, this will be the beginning of a pandemic.

The declaration of the Pasteur Institute was broadcast while Saudi Arabia confirmed there were four more cases of Corona virus infection in the country, bringing the total number of cases worldwide to 38.

According to the chief epidemiologist of the researcher Pasteur, the Corona virus is at the stage of "knocking on humans" , that is, if it turns out to be bad, this will be the beginning of a pandemic.

Mr. Arnaud Fontanet, Department of Epidemiology, Pasteur Research Institute said: 'We feel that Corona virus is currently not high infection. However, if we recall 10 years ago, the SARS virus initially infected only a small group in Southeast China. But after 6 months, a patient was able to infect 10 people within 24 hours. And that was the beginning of a pandemic. We are concerned that the same scenario may occur for Corona viruses. Currently Corona's infection is still limited, but whether it has a variant someday. And then there will appear a highly infectious case, spreading widely to the field, thereby causing a pandemic outbreak '.

Currently, the World Health Organization has not given any travel and trade recommendations with concerns about the Corona virus.

According to research by scientists at Pasteur Institute, Corona viruses can originate from bats. However, it is likely that it does not infect directly from bats to humans but through an intermediate animal.

Scientists say the discovery of this type of intermediate animal will be crucial for the effort to localize and stamp out. The question is mainly placed on livestock and poultry species.

Corona virus was first discovered in September 2012 and has so far killed 20 people out of 38 infected.
