The phenomenon of cracking, land subsidence, tilting of houses in quarter 1 (Di Linh town, Di Linh district, Lam Dong) has occurred over 3 weeks now. Specialized agencies have entered the survey and analysis, but there is no exact conclusion about the cause of this phenomenon.

Through observation, monitoring, we noted: the development of the phenomenon is quite complicated, causing people in the affected area to be confused. For reasons of widening cracks and deeper settlement.

Cracks and collapses and subsidence at Hai Ba Trung road (Quarter 1) at the time of afternoon of May 19.

On the afternoon of May 19, after heavy rains, cracks and subsidence evolved. All rainwater from 2 ditches drains at 2 streets of Hai Ba Trung and Nguyen Van Troi, following the cracks flowing to the ground. Cracks, subsidence in Hai Ba Trung Street, if relatives do not fill the stone, all vehicles cannot pass. The number of houses is tilted and cracked, the ground subsidence, walls also increase.

Some houses (from house No. 484 to 478 Hung Vuong street - on the other side of Highway 20) have the phenomenon of subsidence, cracked walls and some doors are not closed or opened. And there are now some temporary displaced households to prevent possible bad risks.
