Create a quick dot (……………) line - Tabs
MS Word: In the invitation or some kind of form, you need to put small dots, so that not manually typing every small dot on the keyboard, Administrator will guide how to create it (Tabs) and some styles decorate text files.
1. Go to FormatTabs .
2. The Tabs dialog box appears
3. Click the OK button to finish creating the tabs.

1. In the Tabs dialog box, select the tab type in the Tab stop position
2. Select the Clear button: Delete 1 selected tab
3. Select the Clear All button: Delete all tabs.
4. Select the OK button to complete.
Fill the background for the file. (when printing again, no)
1. Go to Format Background
2. Select the color of the log, or go to More Colors . and Fill Effects . to expand the selection of colors.
After selecting the background color, the text file will switch to display as Web Layout:
3. If you want to return to the normal file display mode (no background color): Go to ViewPrint Layout
Place text file with title, background color . show like MS-PowerPoint program.

After selecting, the text file will switch to display as Web Layout:
