The time for selection is from now until the end of September 2013 with all early brand tea, official and late labels. The Council recruits to review dossiers, evaluate productivity and quality, score criteria on fruit weight, edible portion, total sugar (Brix), scent, fruit .

This activity contributes to the preservation and restoration of precious genetic resources provided to the national breed, improving productivity, quality, design, and prolonging the harvesting time of fresh fruits and vegetables; at the same time preserve the inherent values ​​and affirm the brand for Hung Yen label.

Currently, the selection and replication of the top-of-the-line longan trees in Pho Hien are valued with many practical and effective activities. Since 1999, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Hung Yen province has recruited 25 early litchi longan trees and met the breeding standards. These are selected trees from key areas in Tien Lu, Khoai Chau, Kim Dong and Hung Yen cities.

The province also cooperates with Viet Duc Technical Cooperation to implement the project "Strengthening Hung Yen longan chain" to preserve the inherent values ​​of this specialty tree.

Hung Yen Department of Science and Technology selected more than 300 seedlings to conserve and preserve precious gene sources, serving the transformation of high quality breeds, replicating the whole province. The Hung Yen cage label association has built more than 100 top quality label gardens in Tien Lu, Khoai Chau districts and Hung Yen city.
