Dak Lak: Discovered an ancient bronze drum 2,000 years ago
On 19-5, Dak Lak Museum received an ancient bronze drum discovered by people in Tan Lap village, Hoa An commune, Krong Pach district. This bronze drum was discovered by a villager when digging holes to grow coffee.
Around the point of detection of copper drums with many ceramic pieces, the inside of the drum is full of bones, human teeth and some jewels buried in the shape of a spiral copper ring, agate beads, terracotta beads, car-only .
According to archaeological experts, this is the Dong Son type I bronze drum, dating back about 2,000 years ago.
