Although the antibiotic content is small, doctors warn, if people eat this flounder for a long time, they will be at risk of health, such as cancer.

In addition to AOZ antibiotics, many other antibiotics are found in flounder. Shanghai city officials say flounder, bred in Shandong Province, has been given antibiotics to boost their immune system, which is very sensitive.
