Previously, scientists have discovered and described this species according to specimens collected from Cambodia and Thailand.

This new species is characterized by a creeping shrub and young branch with sharp feathers; The leaves are elliptical to urticaria, size (2,4-) 3,2-10 x (1,1-) 1,5-4,2cm, with a pointed tip. Round tree root to point; bisexual flowers, growing into clusters of 1-3 flowers in the leaf axils. Fruit has oval shape, 1.4-1.9cm long.
