Discover more than 1,000 new species of creatures

The World Wildlife Fund and the World Wildlife Fund have discovered 1,060 new species of organisms in the Papua New Guinea rainforest.

Red-eyed green frog species - Litoria dux.

Among the more than a thousand new species of this newly discovered species, there is a blind snake, a frog with fangs, a bat-faced monkey, 12 mammal species (typically fin dolphins). This species of dolphin was first discovered 30 years ago, now found again.

In addition, 71 species of fish have been found, including a 2.5m shark, 218 new plant species, 2 bird species, 580 species of invertebrates, 134 species of amphibians and 43 Reptiles are also found here.

New Guinea is the third largest ecological area in the world, after the Amazon rainforest and Congo forest. Thousands of rare and precious animals were also found here.

However, the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) also issued a warning about the risk of extinction of biological species that still stem from illegal hunting.
