The lucky person who dug the above artifacts is Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan, a worker from Thanh Hoa province.

After taking the ax off the ground, Mr. Sanh and a group of workers washed the shells of oysters filled with outside. At this time, the stone ax is dark gray, 15cm long, 7cm wide, about 4cm thick. In front of the ax, there is a round handle, around the ax surface, there appear many streaks of stone veins. In the tongue with trapezoidal shape, the chamfer is polished and the tongue is sharp .

Although he did not have access to the stone ax, but after seeing photos of the ax, Mr. Nguyen Ba Hanh, Deputy Director of Ha Tinh Provincial Museum said, this is an ax that ancient inhabitants manipulated with rough techniques and smooth grinding, dating back to the pre-Dong Son period, the new stone age, about 4,500 to 5,000 years ago.
