According to Xinhua, a large amount of ancient coins, weighing more than 400kg has just been discovered on June 18 at a construction site in Co Lan District, Sichuan Province (China) .

It is known that when workers are working on construction sites, 2 large coins of coins are discovered. After that, they reported to the local authorities. When police and heritage agencies conducted the survey process, these two large coins were excavated.

In an interview with the press, the person in charge of culture and archeology of Co Lan Khau Quang Tien district said: 'The excavated ancient coins are estimated to weigh up to 400kg'.

These ancient coins originated in many different historical periods of the Qing Dynasty such as the time of King Kang Hy, Can Long, Gia Khanh and Quang Tu. Archaeologists predict that this amount can be dated to 400 years ago.

It is known that the inventory staff, despite working at full capacity for 2 days, still have not counted half of the excavated ancient coins. According to initial estimates, the amount of coins is about 12,000 VND. The owner of this amount is still unknown.
