Telegraph said Yuka mammoth specimens were on display in Moscow. It has a length of 3m, a tail length of 1.65m and is determined to die at 10 years old.
Yuka is a fluffy mammoth discovered in Yakutia, Russia, 2010, in a frozen state. Despite being buried for many years, its body is well preserved, the rest of the body is quite complete and retains soft hair as well as golden brown like wood.
Earlier, mammoth specimens were exhibited in Japan, Taiwan and the Russian city of Vladivostok.
According to Albert Protopopov, a specialist at Yakutia Academy of Sciences, traces of Yuka's body indicate that humans have hunted mammoths since the Ice Age. Mammoths are thought to have disappeared about 10,000 years ago.
