Do you know the golden hour to go to the toilet on the plane?
Toileting in the cramped airplane toilet room has never been what passengers expect on a flight. However, if you know the following tips, your time on the toilet will be much more comfortable.
According to Dailymail, a former flight attendant - Ms. Erika Roth - shared in Mel magazine : "The two perfect times for you to go to the bathroom on the flight are right after the seatbelt signal turns off and just before the drink service is served ".
The narrow toilet cubicle is always one of the reasons that passengers don't like to go to the toilet on the plane.
Roth said that in those times, passengers will have 10 minutes of free " discharge" in the restroom without anyone bothering. You are only knocked out if you stay in it for more than 20 minutes.
However, Roth also advised the passengers if they could "stop" , trying, because "the stench from the bathroom could quickly spread through the cabin space".
Two years ago, a British Airways flight was forced to return to London (UK) because of the presence of toxic gas from the toilet into the passenger compartment. This 7-hour flight was canceled because "toilet stinks are too heavy".
The crew could not handle the odor and when passengers began to complain, the plane was forced to return to Heathrow airport while in Brussels.
