DRAM device works 4 times faster than flash drive
The solid-state drive (SSD) with Attorn's Dutch name HyperDrive4 32 (Netherlands) uses DDR SDRAM chips and is capable of data transfer of 126 MB / sec.
This speed is faster than the SSD developed on NAND chips, which are newly equipped in Samsung laptops, about 2 to 4 times.

In another comparison, Western Digital's Raptor 740 high-end hard drive, popular in gaming systems, achieved data access speeds of 8.4 milliseconds (ms) and HyperDrive4 faster than 8,000. times. According to Attorn, their products can search, read and export 125 files of 1 KB at the same time, while Raptor can only work with a 1 KB file.
HyperDrive4 will meet the needs of financial institutions that need to process transactions quickly or support the security systems that are supposed to react in real time, such as comparing the list of passengers plane with database to find terrorists .
