Earth image taken from Mars

NASA said the Curiosity self-propelled vessel captured the image of the shining Earth.

Both the globe and the moon are present on the image recently announced by NASA, which captures the twilight sky and Mars horizon, according to Space.com, leading a press release from the Motivation Lab. Study (JPL) in Pasadena.

The distance between Earth and Mars when Curiosity photographed is about 159 million kilometers, according to JPL experts.

'Look at Wonders' , according to Curiosity's Twitter account, 'My first image of Earth from the Martian surface'.

The image was taken after sunset for 80 minutes, and Curiosity used the left eye camera to record.

'A normal-minded person standing on Mars could see the Earth and the moon as twinkling Stars,' according to NASA.
