Elastic table like rubber
Jullien Vidame, a designer in France, has built a table that extends the surface that users do not need to install any more parts, Gizmag reported.
Thanks to the special design, a type of dining table can vary in length in seconds without users having to install any additional parts.

The dining table is a place where all family members often sit together. If the family size is small, you only need a small table. But sometimes relatives and relatives visit. In that case the table will not meet the needs of a big party. To help small households cope with the dilemma, Jullien Vidame, a designer in France, has created a table that extends the surface that users do not need to install any more. , Gizmag reported.

The face of the table is made up of rectangular wooden slats. If the user wants a small table, they will have two opposite sides inward so that the shorter surface of the wooden bars faces upwards. Conversely, if you want to increase the size of the table, the user pulls the edge of the table to both sides so that the longer surfaces of the wooden bars face upwards. Thanks to that design, the length of the tabletop can vary from 78.7cm to 157.5cm.
Vidame said, the elastic table has not appeared in the market yet because she is designing the prototype. She has not announced the time to launch the product to market and its price.
