Shimmering droplets of water on the surface of leaves or spider webs are impressively recorded by Russian photographer Andrew Osokin through the lens of a dedicated camera.

Mr. Osokin, 43, lives in Moscow, walking around where he lives to capture the microscopic world: droplets of several millimeters in diameter close to the surface of objects.

Cold weather vapor will condense into water droplets on the surface of objects. These droplets are caused by surface tension that shrinks into spherical or hemispheric form. They were sparkling like transparent gems.

'I am very interested in taking photos of the natural world and want to show the natural beauty that transcends the transparent drops' - Mr. Osokin told the Daily Mail.
