Finding ancient bronze seals in Ha Tinh

Ha Tinh Museum said, people just discovered an ancient bronze seal. There was a large dragon on the seal.

Mr. Vo Dinh Thi, head of the professional department of Ha Tinh province, said that this is the most unique and unique ancient bronze seal ever. The seal was found yesterday by the residents of Tung Anh commune, Duc Tho district, contained inside an ancient ceramic vase fitted with a sealed lid at a depth of two meters.

The bronze seal is 18cm high, weighs 1.3kg. The head of the seal was embossed with a majestic dragon. The body of the seal is square (6cm x 6cm), 4 faces are carved into Chinese characters in the style of seal. The front has the word 'Long' , the back side of the word 'Tiger ', the left side has 4 lines engraved the words, including the words 'Ngoc an', 'Thang quan tai cong', 'Kim ngoc side of the road' ; On the right side, two bats are engraved with coins and two lines of Chinese characters are displayed.

"Based on decorative motifs, Ha Tinh archaeologists believe that the seal is dated to the Nguyen Dynasty. It is an artistic masterpiece that contains historical and cultural values, which are designed by talented craftsmen. Unique training ever found in Ha Tinh ", Mr. Thi emphasized.

This is the third ancient bronze seal discovered in Ha Tinh. Previously, the ancient bronze seal of the Tay Son era was discovered in Cam Xuyen district in 2008 and the ancient bronze imprint was discovered in Nghi Xuan district in May 2011.
