For the damaged families, initially, Yen Bai province decided to support 10 million VND / person for households with dead or missing people; VND 3 million support for injured people; support VND 25 million for families whose houses are swept away, completely collapsed; VND 10 million support for families with badly damaged houses; support families who have completely collapsed 15kg of rice / person / month (in the short term within 1 month) for people to stabilize their lives and production.
