Found the tomb of Jesus?

A new film by Titan Cameron, directed by Titanic, said Jesus had a son named Judah and he was buried with Mary Magdalene.

The film crew surveyed a grave near Jerusalem in 1980, which they said was of Jesus and his family. Director Cameron said data and DNA analysis showed a basis for such a conclusion.

Archaeologists say the grave site probably belongs to a Jewish family whose name is similar to Jesus. In March 1980, Israeli construction workers, while building a block in the Talpiot district of East Jerusalem, discovered ten urns containing two thousand years old in an ancient tomb. .

According to the Israel Antiquities Committee, six of them were named Mary; Matthew; Joseph's son Jesua; Mary; Jofa (ie Joseph); and Jesua's Judah child.

The Lost Tomb of Jesus, produced by Cameron, says the analysis of samples taken from two of the vases shows that Jesus and Mary Magdalene can be buried together. The filmmakers also said the vase was named " Juda's son Judah " containing the son's remains between Jesus and Mary. However, they also said this finding does not mean that God did not resurrect three days after his death as Christian believed.

Reject the conclusion

Archaeologist Amos Kloner of Israel, one of the first to look at the grave above, said that the names carved on them were very popular names in ancient times. He told the BBC: "I don't think that the grave is of Jesus and the family. The filmmakers say that to promote their film."

Cameron is planning to display two of the remains at a news conference in New York on Monday. In his statement, he said: "There is no news that is more shocking than that. We have carefully examined and investigated everything. It is time for the debate to begin."

Local people are happy with the attention this new discovery brings. A woman said it meant real estate prices would rise because Christians would want to live in the area.
