Gene is the culprit causing a throb
German scientists have found a gene that makes some individuals more likely to get angry than others when excited.

A group of experts from the University of Bonn (Germany) asked more than 800 people to fill out the survey with questions regarding how to control anger.
Later, the scientists analyzed the DNA of the survey participants to find out which version of DARPP-32 they carried. This is the gene that regulates dopamine levels - a neurotransmitter that causes excitement. If the dopamine concentration in the brain is too high, it is easy for people to become angry, reckless or impulsive. DARPP-32 Gene has three versions: TT, TC and CC.
The analytical results show that individuals who own TT version and TC are more likely to get angry than those with CC version.
Martin Reuter, a member of the research team, said: 'In other words, the owners of the TT version and the TC cannot control their emotions as effectively as people with CC versions'.
Compared to Eastern countries, TT and TC versions are more popular in Western society. Many scientists believe that the habit of expressing anger helps people to achieve success in life.
'Of course, individuals who are often overly hot are often shunned. But expressing anger at a reasonable level helps us to position ourselves in society , 'Reuter commented.
The team added that the gene is just one of many factors that make people unable to control their emotions, and that DARPP-32 is just one of the genes that make it easy to get angry. Only nearly half of the temperate people own genes that work just like DARPP-32.
A study by Harvard University (USA) earlier this year showed that people who are willing to show anger are more likely to succeed in work and private life than individuals who control emotions. The study also showed that those who control anger at least three times a week tend to be dissatisfied in their personal lives and have difficulty advancing in their careers.
