Giggles all day because of surgery
A little girl makes her whole house full of laughter - because she can't stop giggling after a brain surgery.

Enna Stephens, 7 years old, started this condition after a tumor was removed. Their parents have been warned that surgery may make their child feel depressed or angry because patients often experience short-term personality changes. But in Enna's case, she has the opposite mood.

" Every time, Enna often laughs for about 15 minutes, constantly like that all day. When she returns from surgery, she keeps giggling, " said mother Vana, 40, who said.
" Once, grandmother held a fake banana as a phone to make her laugh, so she laughed uncontrollably for a long time. She was always giggling. It was great to hear laughter after all. what baby must go through ".
Vana, a police officer, added: "He still laughs, giggles all day and once he starts, he can't stop. We took him to the hospital and he kept laughing ."
Enna in New Marske, Cleveland, is recovering well after surgery. Her father, Dougie, 44, a bread maker, said: " Enna is very optimistic. It's a brave child ."
