Global warming delays the next ice age

Humanity will face the next ice age more than 50,000 years later than the inherent rule. The reason is due to global warming that the culprit is human.

This is probably one of the positive aspects of global warming. This phenomenon is helping to widen the period of the Earth's mild climate to about 100,000 years before entering the next ice age, according to the Daily Mail.

Scientists believe that the intensity of sunlight and CO2 concentration in the air changes are the main causes of the most recent eight ice ages on Earth.

Due to the rise of humanity and the start of the process of exhausting emissions from the industrial revolution in the 18th century to the present, the next ice age will be 50,000 years behind the law.

"Our study found that people using oil, coal and gas have released a relatively moderate amount of CO 2 into the atmosphere, thereby delaying the next ice age," said the lead author. Researcher Andrey Ganopolski said.

He also said that people are interfering with the mechanism that helps shape the world. This is probably unprecedented.

The ice age has the ability to shape the planet's climate and thus affect the development process of human civilization.

Usually, the beginning of an ice age is often marked by low summer solar radiation, similar to the present time.

However, scientists have yet to find evidence that the ice age is about to begin.
