Sunlight can be a savior for asthma sufferers. According to scientists from the Australian Institute of Child Health Research, sunlight can help reduce symptoms of the disease.
Test results in rats showed that mice exposed to the sun 15-30 minutes before exposure to asthma triggers significantly reduced the risk of disease. Experts say that sun exposure helps produce a type of cell that suppresses the immune system's response, preventing symptoms of the disease.
