Google makes memory fades away
Using search engines and databases such as Google and IMDb.com to search for information causes people to lose their memory, according to a scientific study.

Telegraph said the study called " Google Effect " showed that people will have poor memory if they know the information can be found easily.
The research team from Columbia University in New York found that more and more people skip discussions with friends to use the Internet as their main source of information.
Experts say popular search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo and databases like Wikipedia and IMDb.com are responsible for the situation.
Professor Betsy Sparrow, Columbia Department of Psychology, who led the study, said such computer tools have made people do not need to brainstorm answers to questions, copper they will forget that information quickly.
