With an average growth rate of industry of 15% per year, from 2004 to now (2010), the amount of waste oil into the sea of ​​industrial establishments in Ha Long city does not stop at the above figure. Except for B12, which has invested in both wastewater and oil treatment systems, the rest, all production and service facilities with both waste and oil discharge have no treatment system.
