"By the end of December 2005, the Project Management Board will complete construction and bidding procedures to deploy and complete construction work in May 2006. It is expected that the project will be put into trial run. and put into use in July or August 2006 ", engineer Hung hoped.

The project to build a wastewater collection and treatment system is an important item included in the Ho Tay Surrounding Technical Infrastructure Project approved by Hanoi City since 2002.
