Covering the latest National Geographic publication impresses viewers.

"Every day our explorers, researchers and photographers witness firsthand the devastation of disposable plastic products for our oceans, and the situation is becoming more and more so fierce, " said Gary E. Knell, executive director of National Geographic Partners.

"Through Planet or Plastic? We want to share the stories of this growing crisis . and raise awareness among people around the world about how to remove disposable plastic and prevent them from invading. enter our ocean ".

According to statistics, every year people produce 9 million tons of plastic waste. This garbage has a long-term impact on the environment and human health, especially when they dissolve into small particles and penetrate our food chain.
