The pages of this document, collected from 1981 to 1996, describe many of the most famous UFO incidents in the 80s and 90s. For example, a document shows that, in July 1996, a colored flying object. Gold appeared above a graveyard in Cheshire County, England and emitted light rays on the ground. When the police came to the cemetery to investigate, they found four smoke rail sleepers, one with a diameter of about 10 centimeters.

In another incident, some male students in the city of Chasetown, Staffordshire said they met aliens with a round head on a field at 23:55 on May 4, 1995. One of them said, "We want you, come with us" (We need you, go with us). Soon the group of students ran to a police station to announce the incident. When some policemen looked toward the field, they saw a disc shaped object with a bright red color.

The British Defense Ministry's confidential records also recorded an incident about UFOs in Belgium. During the period of November 1989 to April 1990, Belgian air force repeatedly dispatched jet fighters to the sky to search for UFOs. On November 29, 1989, two F-16 fighters flew to Liege and the pilots did not detect any strange objects, but the radar screen on the aircraft noted the presence of an object. An air traffic controller in the ground said, he saw strange objects disappear when pairing aircraft to Liege, but reappeared when the two aircraft returned to base.
