Heavy snow at Silver Falls, O Qui Ho (Sa Pa)

From about 8am on January 31, snow began to fall in Silver Falls, O Quy Ho Pass. The temperature in Sapa early this morning was about 1 degree centigrade.

Influence of cold air with strong intensity, Central Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting said that cold, cold weather spread from Northern provinces to North Central and high mountainous areas.
