How does a flycam shot gun work?
There are two basic types of flycam guns, one interfering with the connection between the drone and the operator to force it to land itself, and one shot out of the net to drop the drone.
Remote control drones (flycams) have been developing strongly in recent years. They are used for a variety of purposes such as filming, photography or even performing arts.
However, some people have driven the device into unrestricted, crowded areas around the world.
With relatively small size and fast moving speed, it is difficult to catch up to the drones. Radar systems, which are designed to track very large airplanes and kilometers at altitude, are also difficult to track for small drones and fly much lower.
Several manufacturers have created flycam counter devices. In particular, Droneshield , a manufacturer from Sydney (Australia) is a famous name. Its model of shooting drones is called DroneGun Tactical . Basically, its operating principle is similar to the majority of current flycam guns.
DroneGun Tactical has a rugged design, weighs about 7.3kg, meets IP54 water resistance standards, ensuring the device is safe when it is light rain or under a nozzle.

In addition, the device has an electronic aiming system, which helps filter out UV rays in the sun. At the same time, it has different sights for users to lower the target more accurately.
The DroneGun Tactical operates suppressively on multiple bands such as GPS band, control band (2.4 GHz) and digital data transmission band (5.8 GHz). The gun can suppress the drone by interfering with radio waves between the operator and the aircraft or the GPS system to gain power, forcing the aircraft to land or return to the operator's position.
The range of this gun model is about 1-2 km. Inside the device is equipped with 2 batteries. According to the manufacturer, the gun can operate continuously for 2 hours on 1 charge. Tactical DroneGun comes in black and brown. Price of this model is not announced.

Another popular type of flycam suppression device is SkyWall Patrol , from the UK. This device has a larger and bunker design than the DroneGun Tactical. When operating, SkyWall Patrol will shoot the net to drop the drone.
