Indonesia warned level 3 because the volcano Lokon erupted
On the morning of April 24, Lokon volcano in Indonesia's North Sulawesi province erupted. The director of the Information and Public Relations Center under the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, said one could feel the ground shaking 5km away.

However, there are no warning people to evacuate. The government only calls people not to areas near volcanoes, at least within a radius of 2.5 km from the foot of the mountain, and ready to respond in case of emergency.
According to Mr. Nugroho, another eruption may be imminent.
BNPB's rapid response force was at the site, providing relief supplies to North Sulawesi regional branch and branch in Tomohon city, where the crater erupted.
BNPB director of North Sulawesi, Hayke, said the mountain erupted many times in recent months and could continue to erupt in the near future.
The government is currently maintaining a level 3 warning level.
