Intact fossil dinosaur tail discovered
A construction worker in Canada accidentally discovered a fossil dinosaur tail pattern millions of years ago that made scientists surprised and happy "like catching gold".
According to CNN on October 3, a Tourmaline Oil Corp worker was using the excavator to clear the site for the oil pipeline installation in the Spirit River town, when it found the bucket just touching the location that looked like The tail of a fossil dinosaur.
Workers immediately stopped working and invited paleontologist Matthew Vavrek to the scene to consider.

CNN described Vavrek as surprised when he realized that the stone was actually an intact dinosaur bone fossil. This dinosaur is said to be 10.6 meters long and lived millions of years ago.
'It's hard to believe that finding such an intact fossil' - he said.
According to CNN, paleontologists often find fossils when they are broken or scattered but not as complete as this dinosaur tails.
'The last time I saw such a fossil is in the museum. I've never seen anything like that before ' - Mr. Vavrek expressed his surprise.
Mr. Vavrek and his colleagues are now trying to separate the fossil piece from the rock. The work is expected to last a few weeks or even months if the weather is bad. The scientist also said they were unsure whether the rest of the dinosaur was also there.
Vavrek said it could take years to classify this dinosaur, even if its fossils match the dinosaurs that science has found.
'It will be much longer if this is a dinosaur that we have never seen before' - he said.
