How to grow sprouts

Step 1: Soak seeds

Step 3: Sow seeds

Sow seeds with your hands evenly on the surface of the substrate. Sowing density depends on the type of seed, but an average of 10gr / 40cm 2 substrate surface.

Step 4: Take care of the tree

Step 5: Harvest
