Japan helps Vietnam protect the environment

In recent years, the Japanese side has supported Vietnam a lot in training experts and sample projects on environmental pollution treatment techniques, according to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
There are more than 100 wastewater treatment stations in Vietnam operating under Japanese technology; 23 courses were held in Japan with more than 500 Vietnamese students including local leaders, officials of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, representatives of industrial parks and associations. Japanese experts also helped to train more than 2,000 local students on techniques of treating environmental pollution .
In particular, Japan has helped Vietnam implement a number of sample projects such as the Cua Ong coal sorting project (Quang Ninh) by cooperating with Vietnam to recover surplus coal, instead of pouring out excess coal into the sea. dengoures. This work both contributes to energy conservation and environmental protection.
Japan also had a model support program for Thanh Hoa Brewery in bringing experts and equipment to help treat the environment and save energy and achieve good results.
Within the framework of the Green Aid program of Japan, Vietnam's Ministry of Industry proposes to replicate the energy saving models of Japan in Vietnam.
According to Mr. Hidehiko Yamachika, the Japanese side not only supports Vietnam in technical and training experiences to raise awareness of environmental protection and energy conservation to large enterprises as before but pay much attention to businesses. Small and medium-sized businesses, even to households.
