Speaking to the President of the Japanese Communist Party (JCP), Mr. Kazuo Shii, Prime Minister Kan said that the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant should be destroyed.

He also said he would study the rubble of the current nuclear power plant to build more nuclear power plants by 2030.
