Jews teach children to be noisy like a broken market

No grandiose, not beautiful, old air-conditioners sprung the lid, te-tailed tables, students with noisy clothes like broken markets . but these classes have nurtured future geniuses.

With the support of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Economy, we went to Israel to conduct a tour and survey the models of high schools in the city of Jerusalem, to see firsthand the intelligence. How is Jewish fostered?

On Monday morning, we visited Makor Chaim school. Dr. Haim Rubinstein, Jerusalem's Director of Primary Education at the meeting said:

"The problem of every education in the world today is that we do not know what the future will be like. The world is changing very fast and it is unpredictable for the next 15 years.

I went to college in 1971, at the University of Jerusalem, we were then learning on the most modern computer system, but I couldn't imagine that it was just a small phone in my pocket.

So the most important thing about learning is to solve problems, work in teams (because all research works are done by a team (not a team) rather than an individual). Students must identify the problem, ask the right questions, self-learn and self-discover. "

Listen, forget, read, remember, and then do it

We continue to visit the classroom to practice science, they think that "listening, forgetting, reading, remembering and doing it".

The class is noisy like a broken market. In the room, students huddled with each group, either trying to run this machine, or disassembling other machines, there were groups still lying flat on the ground to observe.

The teacher here said that an overly ordered class is an inefficient class. They have been to Vietnam, and commented: in Vietnam, students are very good, very cute, raise their hands to speak, but are too orderly, and hesitant.

Here the classroom was very noisy, the students were running messy, but very excited, and when visitors came, the more excited they were.

Students teach students

At this school day, the senior students play the role of a teacher to teach younger students. The children teach enthusiastically, the children are eager to listen, then try and then question.

Child teachers are all normal students, mainly due to volunteering, not just good students. They were also taught professionally by the teachers for a session from class management, to steps to attract students .

I asked: " How do you learn with your brother?" The children answered: "Very comfortable, very happy. Learning with teachers may be confusing, embarrassing and for you, the lesson is more fun, so you should learn better."

Child teachers are also "paid " from teaching: understanding lessons better, adding new knowledge when listening to your questions and having more friends.

Since childhood, he has learned invention

Sharing knowledge, sharing information, sharing ideas is a cultural characteristic of Jewish - cultural Jauruta. Studying the Bible they also studied in pairs but not alone.

The children have learned patents since childhood. We entered 6th grade, saw a model assembly to learn about the effect of elasticity. Each of you assembles a model of 2 wheels, one made of cardboard and elastic band and 1 small skewer.

Some children do very quickly, only 1 minute, there is a slower baby, uncompleted. No problem, you will help each other, running freely from table to table. There are many children running into the hallway, making a large place to let their model roll away.

After discovering, do the exercises. Each student is given several sheets of paper. Make a comparison table to see how many bricks the car will run in 20 turns, if you turn 40, how much . then draw a mathematical graph about it. Every student understands very deeply, stating clearly why it works like that.

The class is not spectacular, not beautiful. The air conditioner was so old that it flattened the lid, the garbage bin, so that in the middle of the room, the table was also lined up, but every baby's eyes were bright and excited and couldn't be stopped.

How? Why? She did not know. I try it

In Israel, teachers are not communicators, but teachers have to make students more curious and confident to learn. The teacher just asked: How? Why? She did not know. I try it.

The Israeli Ministry of Education has framework standards, and private companies will have many textbooks. The teacher will choose the textbook himself, and decide how to teach it, what model to do . to achieve the goal that every student is a child scientist.

Grade 6 students had to search for their own research topic, write a project, then started working, failed to do it again, and then presented it to the whole class.
