Lac Hong University holds firm the Creative Robot Head

Winning an absolute victory over the opponent at the school, LH SEE team of Lac Hong University helped this school for the fourth consecutive time to win the Vietnam Robot Innovation Contest.

Vietnam Robocon Finals 2013 took place on 12/5 at Tien Son Sports Palace with the participation of 8 teams including three teams of Lac Hong University, two of Duy Tan University, and the remaining teams came. from Danang Polytechnic University, Red Star, and Vinh Phuc Technical College.

In the final match, LH SEE and LH NVN EAGLE are two "eight-and-half-pound" rivals. They were cautious from the beginning, although this was the "civil war" of Lac Hong University. Do not let errors occur when controlling speed robots, exactly put leaves in the boxes in the northern hemisphere and southern hemisphere, both competing to shoot sprouts on the moon.

The contestants of LH NVN EAGLE took advantage of the speed, performing before the shoot. However, luck did not smile at them, the target sprouts were only a few centimeters. Press the button after the opponent for a few seconds, the sprouts of the LH SEE team land on the moon in the joy of the contestants and fans at the 51st second.

These two teams will be the representatives of Vietnam to attend the Asia-Pacific Robocon Championship to take place in Da Nang in August. The organizers also decided to support US $ 1,000 each for LH SEE and LH NVN EAGLE to continue improving the robot for the next contest. The representative of the champion team said that in the upcoming competition, the team will try to reduce the time to perform the mission of the robot to 40 seconds.

This year's competition is designed to "Green Planet" with the message that every person living on the planet must be responsible for preserving the earth's green. The organizers also awarded additional prizes such as "Excellent Ideas", "Excellent Manual Robots" to teams participating in the quarterfinals.

At Techshow, the event took place in parallel with the competition, the first prize went to Ho Chi Minh City Polytechnic University with air cushion products; Lac Hong University won the second prize; two third prizes for Red Star University and Nha Trang Information Officer.
