"Sharing knowledge" message
In 2019, Mongolia was the host country of the international competition, so the exam was inspired by traditional culture, based on the legend of the communication card of the Mongolian warrior and the folk throwing game. Sagai of nomadic people . The theme of the Robocon competition in Ulaanbaatar is "Great Urtuu" with the "Sharing knowledge" message . The match in the contest is shown in the form of a game that takes place between two teams: red team and blue team. The maximum time for a match is 3 minutes.
Each team has 2 robots: a manual control robot called a messenger robot 1 and an automatic control robot called a messenger robot 2. When the game starts, the messenger robot 1 carries a Gerege card to make evidence of the messenger. The robot 1 has to cross the forest, passing the bridge crossing the river to the first finish line. Completing this mission helps the team to score 20 points. After that, the messenger robot 1 transfers the Gerege card to the messenger robot 2 in the Gobi Urtuu area and records another 20 points. The messenger robot 2 must move with 4 legs like the news horse and not use the wheel. The informative robot 2 needs to cross the sand dune area and grass, then to the Urtuu mountain area.
When crossing the second and third finish lines, the robot scored 30 points in each line and scored 30 more points when reaching Urtuu mountain. However, the Information Robot 2 must stop at the mountain area Urtuu and wait for the Robot to send a message for at least 50 points with Shagai throwing game. When the Robot 2 brings the mountain to Urtuu, the 1st Robot is allowed to throw Shagai in the designated area.
When the Information Robot 1 has scored at least 50 points, the Information Robot 2 is allowed to climb to the top of the mountain in Uukhai area, then raise the Gerege card and record 30 more points. The first team to hold the card will win, called "Uukhai" .
