Lac Hong University won Robocon 2014

Overcoming representatives from the school, LH-NVN team of Lac Hong University will represent Vietnam to participate in the Asia-Pacific Robocon contest held in India.

The Robocon Vietnam 2014 season ended on May 11 at Khanh Hoa Sports Competition Service Center, and once again the competition team from Lac Hong University was awarded the title of champion.

LH-NVN from only winning the absolute victory - SHABAASH with a time of more than one minute from the first round of the final round, has made great efforts to advance to SHABAASH for over 50 seconds. In particular, LH-NVN broke the record of 53 seconds of LH-Q (Lac Hong University), a strong candidate of the championship in the first quarter match against the LH-Q itself.

In the first semifinal match, with the opponent also considered to be on par with DTU-TITAN (Duy Tan University), LH-NVN once again won with a time of 59 seconds.

In the Robocon Vietnam 2014 finals, the audience witnessed the 'clash' between two competitors at the same school, when UNETIDT21 came from LH-DCN University of Engineering and Technology - Lac Hong University in the sale. Link 2.

Despite being two competitors in the same school, compared to LH-NVN, LH-DCN always won with a time delay of more than one minute. This led LH-DCN to defeat the LH-NVN despite no errors occurring during the competition. The match quickly ended when the referee signaled a SHABAASH for the NVR at the 60th second.

This is the 5th time in a row, Lac Hong University has won the Vietnam Robocon creative competition and become a representative of Vietnam participating in ABU Robocon 2014 competition in India. Last year, two representatives of Lac Hong University were awarded second and third prizes in the international competition.
