The Loops copy system is composed of two separate machines, one of which is a special cartridge that uses erasable ink and another uses heat to clean the page. After you delete the content on the paper, the Loops will sort out all the pages and remove the missing items from the system.

According to a spokesperson from Toshiba Tec, the system can remove 30 pages / minute, thus reducing to 80% the amount of paper to be used while cutting 60% of CO2 emissions compared with other types of photocopiers current. In addition, each page can be reused up to 5 times.

The Loop Copier is one of several new eco-friendly products Toshiba Tec is working on to help the company reduce emissions to the environment by reducing energy consumption and utilizing resources efficiently. Loops will debut in Japan in February 2013 with a high price of 1.41 million yen (about $ 17,000), and is expected to be exported abroad in May 2013.
