The BBC said that Joanna Maselko, a psychology doctor at Temple University, USA tracks nearly 500 people in the state of Rhode Island to learn about the relationship between mother's love and the ability to deal with the negative states of son.

Maselko assesses the level of interaction between mother and child when 500 study subjects are only 8 months old. Based on the number of times a mother takes cuddling, kissing, stroking and uttering words, Maselko assesses their level of love with a scale.

30 years later, Maselko and his colleagues met the old children again. The expert team invited them to participate in a survey to survey their level of happiness and affection.

The results showed that those who received the most love were also the ones who coped with the most effective types of neurological problems. The greater the level of mother's expression of love, the less likely it is for a child to fall into negative emotional states such as depression and stress.

The research team said that their findings provide more evidence that the care of a mother at an early age influences the bravery of the adult person. However, the impact of personality, nurturing and educational environment and many other factors should also be considered.

In the article in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health, the team thinks that mothers should know where to stop when expressing love for children. Excessive pampering of mothers can create many negative problems for children when they grow up. A recent study demonstrated that children are easily neurotic if parents are overly concerned.
