Matsushita plans to launch a waterproof laptop
The new laptop model from Matsushita Electric, the parent company of the Panasonic brand, will still work "well" even when it is thrown into the keyboard, the company said.
According to Matsushita, the new Let's Note CF-Y5 laptop model is equipped with a special waterproof membrane and drying system to protect the hard drive and the circuit board from water shortages. But of course, if you put CF-Y5 in the sink for a few hours, there shouldn't be any system.
In addition, CF_Y5 also belongs to relatively "laptop" laptops that can withstand the maximum impact of 220 pounds. This ensures that the laptop remains unscathed on tight wedges in Japan.
As expected, the product will be available on the Japanese market on May 19, coming here at a cheap price, about 2300 USD.
CF-Y5 is expected by Matsushita to back up its market share in the laptop market, as rivals from Korea, China and Taiwan are constantly growing and competing fiercely.
